Under the Rules of the International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) and under the Foundations Act the Managing Board of the ITF on its XXVII. regular session adopted the resignation of Mr. Dorijan Maršič, Director of the ITF and he shall carry out his duties until 31 December 2005.

In accordance with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia there was established the candidacy of Mr. Goran Gačnik, present Deputy Director of ITF.

The Managing Board appointed Mr. Goran Gačnik as a new director of the ITF and takes full position on 1 January 2005.
