Economic and Social Reintegration of Landmine-UXO Survivors in Bosnia and Herzegovina

20.03.2012
Together with organization "Partner MCO" from Tuzla and Federal Employment Institute in Sarajevo,  NGO Centre for Development and Support – CRP Tuzla, as leading partner, successfully implemented  the project Economic and Social Reintegration of Landmine/UXO Survivors in Bosnia and herzegovina, supported by the donation of PMW/RA through ITF.

The specific objective of the project was to empower sixty (60) landmine/UXO survivors from all over the country to increase competitiveness of their businesses in the local economic environment through effective management of existing and/or newly established businesses, which in turn enabled them to regain their dignity and strengthen position in society. In order to achieve the specific objective, the key principle of the proposed project was its focus on capabilities, and not disabilities of landmine survivors.
