Lions Club Charitable Event - Concert in Ljubljana

On Saturday, 10 April 2010, a charitable event - concert was held in Križanke festival hall in Ljubljana as a celebration of the 20th anniversary of Lions Club activity in Slovenia.
Various artists performed during the concert - among others folk group Terrafolk, Tokac from the rock band Dan D, Oto Pestner, Jadranka Juras, Janez Bon?ina Ben?, Ave, Anže Palka with New Flamenco Orchestra, Mak Grgi?, Pavle Kavec and group Oko and Lions Band.
All charitable proceeds from the concert were allocated for tuition intended for children from low income families, for the park for blind and visually impaired persons in Celje, the implementation of “School in the Box” program and for International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance for activities in the field of mine action.
